Together, we confirm the photography date, selected Christmas set, program option, and ordering schedule.

WE PREPARE THE PRIVATE GALLERIES
The school securely provides the authorized student and parent contact information needed to organize each child's private gallery.

IT'S PICTURE DAY!
Our photography team arrives approximately one hour before the scheduled session to prepare the set, lighting, and equipment.
Students are photographed at the school in the selected Christmas backgrounds.

PRIVATE GALLERIES GO LIVE
Within approximately 72 hours, families can access their children's private online galleries.
All preview images are displayed with a prominent Pixel watermark.

PARENTS ORDER ONLINE
Families can browse their photographs, select their favorites, and purchase photography packages or individual prints directly through the online store.

WE DELIVER THE MEMORIES
Purchased digital images are delivered through the private online gallery according to the selected package.
Printed orders are organized in individually labeled envelopes and delivered to the school on one scheduled date.

We take care of the photography experience, private galleries, online ordering, print production, and organized delivery.
Here's what we need from the school to make Picture Day a success.
WHAT WE NEED FROM THE SCHOOL
✓ A Confirmed Photography Date
Together, we select a date that works with the school's calendar and daily schedule.
✓ Photography Space
A minimum area of approximately 9 feet wide by 10 feet deep is required for one photography setup.
✓ Early Setup Access
Our team arrives approximately one hour before photography begins to prepare the equipment, lighting, and Christmas set.
✓ Parent & Student Information
To organize the private galleries, the school provides an authorized student and parent contact roster containing the necessary information, including: student's first and last name, parent or guardian's first and last name, phone number and email address.
✓ Parent Authorization
The school coordinates parental consent for photography and the necessary information sharing.
Pixel can provide an online consent form to make the authorization process easier.
TIMELINE & DELIVERY
✓ 72 Hours after picture day
Private photography previews become available online.
Parents can view their children's watermarked photographs and begin selecting their favorite images.
✓ Family ordering period
The school selects the ordering window.
We require at least one week for families to place their orders. A period of 10–15 days is recommended when the school schedule allows.
✓ Optional extended ordering
A short extension of a couple of days may be arranged to accommodate families who need additional time.
✓ Print Production & School Delivery
Once the ordering period closes, all purchased prints are processed and prepared for delivery. Each order is individually packaged and clearly labeled with the student's information.
All printed products are delivered to the school on one previously agreed-upon date.
✓ Digital Delivery
Purchased digital photographs are delivered through the family's private online gallery, according to the selected package.
